The Little Shelter (Initial Version)

The Little Shelter is a 2D platform adventure game that follows Lunaaa, a young Asian woman seeking to escape the chaotic hustle of New York City in search of her own spiritual sanctuary. 

Independently developed by Lunaaa.Studio, the game draws inspiration from Mingyue Chen's solo exhibition, The Land of Nothingness https://lunaaa.studio/the-land-of-nothingness, at :IIDRR Gallery in Manhattan and was conceived during Uncool Artist residency in Brooklyn. 

 This game speaks to the voices of Asian women in indie gaming, merging art and gameplay to foster a community where artists and gamers connect. Through its narrative, we aim to encourage young people to take risks and find courage, especially amidst today’s global economic challenges.
